Our Story
Alexander Jewellers is located in the quaint village of Streetsville (Mississauga). Alex Merrick founded the store in 1987. Having studied at George Brown College and worked in the industry for 10 years, it seemed the right time to create his own brand. His love and appreciation of art and his creative ability drew him to jewellery design and creation. He is a craftsman that built his reputation on quality, attention to detail and customer service.
With over 40 years in business, we’ve built a loyal clientele who trust us to be part of their most meaningful moments. Across generations, they’ve allowed us the privilege of helping create lasting memories and heirlooms that stand the test of time.
